Barkers Promo Terms and Conditions of entry:
  1. Offer commences 5 April 2010 and closes 11.50pm 15/6/2010 (promotion Period)
  2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Enter by purchasing a specially marked Dominate Fiber product or with the free Dominate Fiber from Barkers stores during the promotion period and completing and submitting the online entry form at www.dominatehair.com
  4. Each unique code gives you one entry into the draw.
  5. Prize winners will be notified following day after the draw
  6. Entry is restricted to New Zealand residents, employees of the Promoter, the Promoters associated companies, the promoters agencies associated with the promotion, their immediate families and the participating retailers associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
  7. Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have a parent or guardians consent to these terms and conditions.\
  8. Strictly one entry is permitted in respect of each unique code, obtained through the purchase of a specially stickered Dominate Fiber product or through a Barkers store. Any form of automated entry (for example using devices or software) is invalid.
  9. Entrants must retain a copy of their original Dominate Fiber or Barkers purchase as proof of purchase. Failure to provide proof of purchase at the Promoters request may (in the absolute discretion of the promoter) result in invalidation of the entry by the Promoter.
  10. To submit a complete and valid entry, entrants will be required to provide personal details including full name, email address, postal address, and contact phone number, for the purpose of verifying eligibility. Any contact details entered in incorrectly shall invalidate the entry.
  11. Each prize winner will receive Barkers wardrobe vouchers. The prize cannot be taken in cash, and once winners are selected – the prize is not transferable. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value and no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by winner or entrant.
  12. If for any reason, the specific prize chosen by the winner becomes unavailable the Promoter may award a substitute award.
  13. The promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or any other technical failure including any damage to entrants or any others person’s computer related to, or resulting from participation in this promotion.
  14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of computer infection, virus, bugs or tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, kit or workshop suppliers and, as required, to comply with New Zealand legislation.

  17. Prize winners agree to use their name, address and photo by Mix Limited for promotional purposes.

Yes we know we need to have a page with some serious terms and conditions on it. We do. We will but really it's just so boring.
